What is “agentic AI” in plain English?
Regular AI answers the question you just asked. Agentic AI can be given a goal, break it into steps, use your actual tools (email, calendar, files), and work through the whole process, pausing for your approval at the moments that matter. It's the difference between asking for one social post and having a system that produces your whole content week.
Why Claude instead of ChatGPT?
All the major platforms are genuinely capable, and the course says so. We build on Claude for three practical reasons: Projects (it permanently remembers your business context), clean connections to Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive, and writing that runs closest to a natural human voice.
