Terms, refunds & disclaimers

This page sets out the terms on which North CX Advisory, trading as Kristan Teaches, sells and provides the Mudira course and everything else on this website. It is written to be read rather than skimmed past, and if anything on it is unclear you are welcome to email hello@kristanteaches.com and ask before you buy anything.
By using this website, joining the waitlist, or enrolling in the course, you agree to these terms.
Who you are dealing with
The seller is North CX Advisory, a business registered in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, at B.C. 6010552, Ajman Business District, Ajman. Correspondence should go to hello@kristanteaches.com, which is monitored and answered personally.
What you are buying
Mudira is a self-paced online video course of approximately three and a half hours across six modules, together with the accompanying materials described on the sales page: the prompt library, the system templates, the printable glossary and privacy one-pager, the AI Operations Audit worksheet, and access to the private community for ninety days from the date of enrollment.
Access to the course videos and downloadable materials is granted for the lifetime of the product. That phrase means the ordinary commercial lifetime of the course rather than a guarantee of perpetuity: if the course is ever permanently withdrawn, you will be given reasonable notice and the opportunity to download the materials you have paid for.
Community access is a separate and time-limited benefit of ninety days, and is not extended by later enrollment activity or by inactivity on your part.
The cost, stated in full
The course price is stated on the sales page at the time of purchase, currently $199, with a founding-member price of $149 for the first fifty students. Prices are in United States dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe, and your card details go directly to Stripe rather than to us. Any tax applicable in your jurisdiction is your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
The course is taught using Claude, a product of Anthropic. Completing the practical exercises requires a Claude Pro subscription, currently priced at $20 per month and paid directly to Anthropic rather than to us. We receive no part of that payment, we do not resell it, and we have no control over Anthropic's pricing, availability, or terms. That subscription is the only cost of the course beyond the course price itself.
Refunds
All sales are final. Enrolling gives you immediate and permanent access to every video, template, worksheet and printable in the course, which means there is nothing that can meaningfully be returned once you have it. We would rather state that plainly than advertise a generous-sounding guarantee and then make it difficult to claim.
Because the deciding therefore happens before you pay rather than after, the sales page describes in detail who the course is for and who it is not for, and you are actively invited to email us with any question at all before enrolling. We would genuinely rather talk someone out of a purchase than take payment for something that was never going to suit their business.
Where the law says otherwise
Nothing in this section removes or limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of the country in which you live, and where such a right applies we will honor it without argument.
In particular, consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union ordinarily have a fourteen-day right to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can be waived, and where the law requires it you will be asked at checkout to consent expressly to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you thereby lose the right to cancel. If you are shown that consent request and you give it, the cancellation right does not apply. If you are not shown it, your statutory right stands.
If you believe you have a statutory right to a refund, email hello@kristanteaches.com with your order details and we will deal with it promptly and without requiring you to explain yourself.
Exceptions we apply anyway
Duplicate payments are refunded in full. Payments made in error, such as a purchase made by someone other than the account holder, are refunded on request. If the course materials are unavailable through our fault for a sustained period and we cannot restore access, you will be refunded.
What the course does not promise
Mudira teaches methods. It does not promise outcomes. The hours-per-week figures, the results described, and the examples given throughout the site and the course reflect what is possible with sustained effort in a business that suits these methods, and they are illustrative rather than typical. Your results will depend on your business, your clients, the work you actually do, and factors entirely outside our control.
No income, revenue, time-saving, or business outcome of any kind is guaranteed, promised, or implied.
The course does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or employment advice, and nothing in it should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in your own jurisdiction.
Using AI tools responsibly
The systems taught in this course are built on third-party artificial intelligence platforms. Those platforms can produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and the course teaches a review framework precisely because that is true. You remain fully responsible for everything you send, publish, file, or act upon, whether or not an AI system drafted it.
You are responsible for complying with any confidentiality obligation you owe your own clients, and with any data protection law that applies to you, when deciding what information to put into an AI tool. Module 5 covers this in detail, and it is guidance rather than a legal opinion about your specific circumstances.
Your account and your access
Course access is personal to you. You may not share your login, distribute the videos, resell the materials, or reproduce the course content for teaching or commercial purposes. You are welcome to use the templates, prompts and systems inside your own business, including with your own clients, without restriction.
All course content, including videos, written materials, templates and the Mudira name, remains the intellectual property of North CX Advisory.
The community
The private community is a working space, and participation is conditional on three simple standards: be honest, be kind, and do not promote your own products or services without permission. Access may be withdrawn without refund for conduct that makes the space worse for the women in it, including harassment, spam, and sustained hostility.
Availability and changes
We may update the course content, these terms, and the prices shown on the site. Changes to these terms take effect when published on this page, and the date at the top will change. Changes never apply retrospectively to a purchase already made.
The website is provided as it is. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from your use of this site or the course is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, nothing here deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country or of the right to bring proceedings there where that law allows.
Accessibility statement
This site is built to be usable by as many people as possible, and that intention extends to the course itself.
The website uses semantic markup and a skip-to-content link, aims for text contrast meeting the WCAG 2.1 AA threshold, and is navigable by keyboard. The video on the home page carries burned-in captions.
The course videos are captioned, and the printable materials are supplied as text-based PDFs that can be read by a screen reader rather than as flat images.
We know that this is a statement of intent as much as of achievement, and that parts of it will fall short. If you encounter something on this site or inside the course that you cannot use, email hello@kristanteaches.com and describe what happened. It will be treated as a fault to be fixed rather than as a request for a favour, and you will get a reply from a person.
